The festive festival had as its protagonist the greatest “Calzaun de Riuve” inevitable culinary delicacy that popular culture has bequeathed to us and that now characterizes all the tables of each ruvese doc, with bread dough, spousal (onions), oil oil, black olives, anchovies and … many other delicious ingredients.
U de Calzaune Riuve that the association EAT, together with all the bakeries and restaurants in the city, including the Bakery tunity, prepared on the occasion of Shrove Tuesday, was the longest and largest of its kind, from 3 meters in previous years, the 4 this year with the relative increase in weight and the addition of new “material” edible.
