In May 1993, he attended the prestigious School-Workshop baking PAN TECHNOLOGY – VERONA , with Maestro Francesco Favaron.
Always Pan technology means school bakery and the place where you form the master bakers and where tradition meets technology safeguarding the final product.

In 1994 he attended in Frankfurt (Germany) the specialization course at the headquarters of Werner & Pfleiderer , specializing in the use of the most popular technologies in baking.
Since 2012 he has been Chairman of Confartigianato – Province of Bari and of Bakers , an association that works for the benefit of countless craft activities in the Province of Bari, offering expertise and answers on the technical and organizational.
